The S-Corp management entity structure applies to a narrow situation: an STR operator providing substantial services to guests such that income is correctly on Schedule C and subject to SE tax. For most STR operators, the structure provides zero benefit.
A Series LLC isolates each STR property in a legally separate cell within a single parent entity. A lawsuit against one cell cannot reach the assets of another. But the protection is only as strong as the cell separation you actually maintain.
